With more than 30 years' experience as a board member in a fiduciary and or general law capacity I have served in large institutions (CalPERS) and in residential, commercial, and agriculture companies. If an independent board member is needed to strengthen the senior management of your company, or merely as an adviser I am ready to do that. With more than $5 billion worth of transaction experience in real estate and private equity while serving on more than 30 boards across the globe, I have the knowledge to assist most management teams.
